Pre-construction review
We read every drawing back against the build, flag clashes, and lock the procurement schedule before the first delivery arrives.

Weekly site visits
A senior team member walks the site, checks tolerances, and signs off each completed section against the spec.

Issue tracking
Snags, RFIs, and variations are logged, photographed, and routed through one channel — no lost emails, no he-said-she-said.
- 04
Handover
Final inspection, defects list, warranty pack, and a closing walk-through with the client. Done means done.
