A short history
We started in 2020 with three desks, a shared brief, and a stubborn idea about how spaces should feel.
Design Hub was founded by Hesham Shoieb, Nourhan Ahmed, and Mohamed Saied — three designers who'd worked across enough projects to know the gap between a beautiful render and a building that holds up to daily life. The studio exists to close that gap.
Eight years on, we work across interior, exterior, and full construction execution for residential and commercial clients. The work is varied — a clinic, a café, a family home — but the approach is the same: listen first, draw carefully, build deliberately.
How we work
Four principles, in plain English.

Calm over loud.
Design that lasts a decade beats design that turns heads for a week. We work in restrained palettes and considered detail.

Drawings that build.
Every project ends with documentation a contractor can build from without guessing. The drawings are the deliverable.

Honest budgets.
We map cost early, flag trade-offs in plain language, and don't sell finishes that won't survive the climate or the use.

On the floor.
Construction supervision isn't outsourced. Someone from the studio is on site, holding the line on the detail you signed off on.
